Wylie ISD voters reelected incumbents Stacie Smith and Dr. Jacob Day to serve as the Place 1 and Place 6 trustees for four more years. Former Wylie ISD principals Mike Williams and Virdie Montgomery were also elected to serve four-year terms as the Place 2 and Place 5 trustees. Incumbents Mitch Herzog (Place 2) and Heather Leggett (Place 5) did not seek reelection. The election was held Nov. 8. 

The Wylie ISD Board of Trustees unofficial election results* from Collin County are as follows:

Place 1:

• Jill Palmer - 7,962 votes
• Stacie Smith - 12,960 votes

Place 2:

• Jeffrey Keech - 7,427 votes
• Mike Williams - 13,149 votes

Place 5:

• Virdie Montgomery - 12,684 votes
• Kevin Brooks - 8,181 votes

Place 6:

• Jacob Day - 12,695 votes
• Michael Schwerin - 7,170 votes
