Crosstown Showdown Fan Information

Wylie East High School and Wylie High School will face off on the gridiron for the first time in seven years on Friday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m. at Wylie ISD Stadium. For information about tickets, parking, and more, please see the details below.

TICKETS

Important information

Pre-sale general admission tickets will go on sale Monday, Oct. 10. All tickets must be purchased online via our Athletics website. Fans will look for the event entitled “WEHS vs. WHS Varsity Football Game,” listed under Wylie East High School (home team).

Important Note: Tickets will be separated by team/stadium side. Wylie East is the ‘home’ team and Wylie High is the ‘visiting’ team this year. Tickets will ONLY be accepted at the side of the stadium for which the ticket was purchased. For example:

  • WEHS/home ticket: home side entry only
  • WHS/visitor ticket: visitor side entry only

Please pay careful attention when purchasing tickets. Fans are also encouraged to purchase tickets for their team’s side.

Ticket Prices

Pre-Sale Tickets

  • Student: $5 (students in grades 8 and below must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Adult: $7
  • Reserved (home side only): $8
  • Employees: enter employee ID number (see employee email for more information)

Gate Tickets

  • General admission: $10
  • Reserved (home side only): $10
  • Employees: enter employee ID number (see employee email for more information)

Student & Gold Card Information

In addition to a digital ticket or physical ticket (select high school students), student ID badges are also required to enter the stadium. Students in grades 8 and below must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

Gold Card members will receive free admission with their card, following the same protocols as other games. No additional ticket required.

PARKING & SHUTTLE SERVICE

Parking Recommendations

  • Home side tickets: Home parking lot and the lots around Wylie High School. Please enter off Woodbridge Pkwy. or FM 544.
  • Visitor side tickets: Visitor parking lot and Founders Park. Please enter off Hensley Ln. The Woodbridge Pkwy. visitor parking entrance will be closed for pedestrian safety (see map below for closure location).
  • Free shuttle for home or visitor side tickets: Cooper Junior High and Draper Intermediate parking lots. Fans will be shuttled to and from the stadium. Please see the “free shuttle service” section for more details.

Important Notes: Please refrain from parking in the shopping center across the street from the stadium. The shopping center is private property and according to property management, vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Additionally, park only in designated parking areas. Please avoid parking on the grass, any sports fields or in fire lanes.

Free Shuttle Service

Wylie ISD will provide a free shuttle service to/from Cooper/Draper utilizing district buses. Service will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will run until 7:30 p.m. Service will resume at halftime until 30 minutes after the game ends.

  • Fans may park in any Cooper or Draper parking lot. Buses will pick up/drop off in the back parking lot in between the two campuses (see map below).
  • At the stadium, buses will pick fans up at the location they were dropped off.
  • Buses will be marked with “home” and “visitor” signs.
    • “Home” buses will only drop off/pick up at the home side of the stadium
    • “Visitor” buses will only drop off/pick up at the visitor side.
    • Fans should ride their designated bus.

GAME & STADIUM REMINDERS

  • Wylie ISD follows a clear bag policy. Click here for more details.
  • Strollers are allowed but must be left in the concourse area outside the elevator lobby.
  • All unaccompanied students must have a physical school ID badge.
  • Employees must present their employee badge along with their digital ticket (please refer to employee email for more details) for entry.
  • Please follow all traffic patterns and directions from police and staff on game night.
  • Special thanks to the Wylie Police Department and Wylie Fire Rescue for assisting with traffic, game management, and promoting a safe and fun environment for our schools and community.
