I have been married for 28 years to my husband Mike and have two amazing kiddos of my own.  My son, Tristen, is a Wylie East graduate and just graduated Summa cum laude in his class at Stephen F. Austin University (Axe 'Em Jacks!) with a Mass Communications degree in Graphic Design.  My daughter, Mikayla, is currently attending cosmetology school in Denton.  My faith and family are the strength and support that allow me to do what I do.  I am so excited to begin my fourteenth year of teaching in the Wylie school district and to have another year with you and your sweet kiddos at Burnett Junior High.  I believe that we all have an opportunity to be GREAT at what we do in life and that when we give our best, AMAZING things begin to happen.  WISH IT, DREAM IT, DO IT!  YOUR BEST IS GOOD ENOUGH!
