Family Access

Family Access provides parents with secure access to our student information system for student schedules, progress reports, grades, discipline, attendance, and food service. A secure web-based application, this “real-time” information promotes more effective communication between the district and our parents.

Sign up for Family Access

Parent/Guardian must visit a school to request Family Access. This request will include all enrolled children in the family. Proof of identity must be provided at the time of this request.

Log In to Family Access

You can directly access the Family Access login page by following the appropriate hyperlink below. For security reasons, Skyward can only be accessed from within the United States. If you or your family will be traveling outside the country, please plan ahead in case you may need access to Skyward during your trip.

Forgot Login or Password

On the Family Access login screen, there is a link under the Sign In button labeled Forgot your Login/Password? Enter the email address tied to your Family Access Account, and you will receive an email from Skyward containing instructions on how to retrieve your login information. If you experience any problems with your login or password, please contact the campus your student is attending.

Students - Please contact the office at your campus. Once your password is reset, you will need to log in to a district computer before logging into Family/Student Access.

Pop-Up Blockers: You will need to disable your pop-up blocker or know how to override it.

To change a student’s demographics (name, date of birth, address), please contact the campus Registrar.

Food Service Online Payments

Adding money to your student’s food service account is easy and convenient! Parents may add money to students' food service accounts, view account balances, and view transaction history online. If you have more than one student, you can add money to their accounts in a single transaction. Online payments will immediately be posted to your student’s food service account. Please note that a fee will be assessed at checkout to facilitate online payments. If you experience any problems making online payments, please contact Student Nutrition at 972.429.2332.

If you have a district network account please contact the office at your campus/department. Once your password is reset you will need to login to a district computer before logging into Employee Access. Employees can update their phone number, mailing address, and confidentiality flags through Employee Access. For all other changes please contact the office at your campus.
