Master Facilities Planning Committee
One of the best parts about Wylie ISD is the people. Our district serves an amazing community that supports and values the premier educational experience we provide students. Every five years, our district begins a master facilities planning process. This allows us to look ahead to the future, assess where we are now, and consider our needs. As part of the planning process, in January 2023, Wylie ISD formed a Master Facilities Planning Committee that includes representation from a diverse group of stakeholders, such as parents, staff, students, business owners, civic leaders, taxpayers, and more. We believe it is crucial to have input and feedback from our community, especially as our great district continues to grow. The committee will develop and provide recommendations for the Wylie ISD Board of Trustees to consider.
Stakeholders were selected for participation based on their role within the community and/or have previously expressed interest in serving or volunteering within Wylie ISD.
