I graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Bachelor of Science-Elementary Education with Specialization in Math in August 1997.  I began teaching in Greenville, TX at an alternative school.  After two years, I moved to Greenville High School and taught two more years in Greenville.  I then taught at Phoenix Charter School for three years. I have taught at Wylie High since 2005.

I am married with six children, three grandsons, and three granddaughters. I currently live in Greenville, but my children attend Wylie schools.
