• The mission of AFJROTC is: "To develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation and community."  Wylie East High School sponsors a showcase AFJROTC unit, TX-20093, which has been recognized by the Air Force as a Distinguished Unit in each year of its existence.  AFJROTC is a voluntary organization, with no requirement or expectation of military service after high school.  We provide a demanding, but caring environment for students to learn respect, responsibility, and service while developing into student leaders who ultimately run the unit.  AFJROTC counts as a PE and/or elective credit, while serving to fulfill course requirements toward a Public Service endorsement on the graduation track.

For TX-20093 shared documents, including the working calendar of events, syllabus, current welcome letters, cadet guide and applicable Air Force and AFJROTC instructions and operational supplements, please see the information sharing link on the right side of this web page.
