Cooper Junior High Sports
The boys general info/football meeting will be held Monday, August 13 at 7pm in the competition gym. We will hand out football equipment and locker assignments from 5-615 Monday, August 13 as well. Anyone arriving after 615 will only be issued a locker and will receive their football equipment the first day of school. Please park in the back of the school and enter through the glass doors to access both the gym and the locker room.
Below you will find the link for the physical form your child will need to complete prior to participating in athletics. The physical needs to be completed after May 1. This is for all incoming 7th graders or anyone new to athletics that did not participate this year. Also there is information on how to fill our the RankOne forms. All of these things are required prior to participation in athletics.
Also, BOTH 7th and 8th grade athletic participants need to complete all forms in RankOne prior to the start of school. Any forms left incomplete will leave your athlete ineligible. The forms can be found at www.rankonesport.com You will access the forms at the top of the home page (highlighted in yellow).
ATHLETIC DRESS CODE
ALL athletes will be required to be in Athletic Dress Code for ALL practices and workouts. The dress code requires:
- A plain grey t-shirt
- Plain black shorts
- athletic tennis shoes
- No Jewelry
