All students need a composition notebook, chromebook, and a folder.  We will use a digital textbook that students will have access to through their chromebook.

Students may come in for tutoring Monday, Wednesday and Thursday during lunch or by appointment before or after school.    

I encourage students to read self-selected books.  Every nine weeks, students will have an opportunity to check out a self-selected book.  Reading offers a number of benefits for our students:  improves vocabulary, enhances writing skills, develops a moral compass and definitely makes us smarter so we will make that a priority their sophomore year.  On the links list on this page, I have provided the TAYSHAS list of possible young adult books.  Your child does not have to choose from this list but it is a good starting point if your child is unsure of what to read.
