Welcome to Birmingham Elementary! 

I am so proud to be the Principal of Birmingham!  I am so excited to get to know each of the students and families.  

I began teaching in 2004 in Garland ISD where I taught 7th and 5th grades.  During my time in Wylie ISD, I served as a 2nd grade and 3rd grade classroom teacher and K-4 Science/PE Learning Specialist.  I also served one year as the Assistant Principal of Birmingham. 

I earned my Bachelors degree from University of North Texas and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University.  

I have been married to my amazing husband, Kevin, since 2002 and we have three wonderful children, Emma, Molly, and Max.  We have lived in Wylie since 2004.

It is going to be a great school year!
