Howdy Wranglers!

My name is Haley Black and I am so excited to work with your child this year in First Grade!

I was born and raised in Wylie! I attended Akin Elementary and graduated from Wylie East High School. I am a graduate from the University of Oklahoma where I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Boomer Sooner! I feel extremely blessed to be working in the district that molded me into the person I am today! :)

I am married to a band director, so I am always listening to the trumpet! When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my puppy, and reading on a back-porch swing.
