Welcome to Watkins Elementary! I am so excited to work with you and your child in Kindergarten this year! 

I was born and raised right here in Wylie, Texas. I attended Hartman Elementary, Harrison Intermediate, Burnett Jr. High and graduated from Wylie East High School! I then graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. GO MEAN GREEN! I am certified for Early Childhood Education through 6th grade as well as ESL and GT. This year I am also beginning my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Texas Tech. This is my 7th year teaching at Watkins Elementary.

Some of my favorite things are gummy nerds gummy clusters, dark chocolate, cream soda dr. pepper, my dogs, HomeGoods, gardening and coffee!
