Paying for Lost or Damaged Books

Payment for book replacement may be made by cash or check (made out to the school) or through the Rev Track Online link for the specific campus.  The maximum payment for a lost/damaged book is $15 at the secondary level, but at the elementary level it is up to the campus principal to determine the maximum fee.

• Due to budgetary issues, refunds can only be received during the same fiscal year the payment was received. 
• If the student paid for the book online, contact your campus library staff when the book is found and the district will submit the refund to go back on the card you originally used.  
• If the student paid cash/check, contact your campus library staff when the book is found and the district will issue you a check.
