Address, which Wylie ISD schools you attended

FAMILY INFORMATION
Where your parents/guardians live and work (to identify affiliations they have that offer scholarships)

COLLEGE & TRADE SCHOOL INFORMATION
Where are you applying? Where have you been accepted? Future major? Some scholarships are open to certain interests

WORK EXPERIENCE
Some scholarships reward the difficult task of going to high school and holding down a job

EXTRA CURRICULARS
Your school-sponsored activities and clubs, community organization, religious activity, volunteer work, awards

ESSAY QUESTIONS
Every applicant must answer three questions

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
Identify a few references NOW who could write a compelling letter of recommendation for you; once you submit their email addresses, instructions on sending in their letters will be emailed directly to them. Letters must be received before the application can be submitted!

ADDITIONAL INFO
Some scholarships require an additional and unique essay question, which will appear after filling out the contact information and extracurriculars.  You may need to budget more time for additional essays.
