Wylie ISD Welcomes Stewart as New Groves Elementary Assistant Principal
Princess Stewart, Assistant Principal Groves Elementary

Wylie ISD is excited to announce Princess Stewart as the new assistant principal of Groves Elementary for the upcoming school year. Stewart will take over for Meagan Wendt, who has been named the new assistant principal at Hartman Early Childhood Learning Center.

Stewart joins Wylie ISD from Frisco ISD, where she most recently served as a campus administrative intern at Elliott and Smith elementary schools. Before that, she was a special education teacher and team lead for three years.

Stewart is known for her focus on instructional leadership, cultivating positive campus culture, and fostering strong relationships with students, staff, and families. She began her career as an English Language Arts and Reading teacher in Richardson ISD.

Stewart holds both a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Global E-Learning from Texas A&M-Commerce. She and her family proudly reside in Wylie, and she looks forward to serving the Groves Elementary community.
