Wylie ISD Promotes Temesvary to Director of Career & Technical Education

Wylie ISD is proud to announce the promotion of Jennifer Temesvary to Director of Career & Technical Education.
Temesvary joined Wylie ISD in 2021 as a CTE Learning Specialist and was promoted to CTE Coordinator in 2024. In her new role, she will lead the district’s CTE programs, helping ensure students have access to meaningful career pathways, industry certifications, work-based learning experiences, and opportunities that prepare them for success beyond high school.
With nearly 20 years of experience in education, Temesvary brings extensive knowledge of career and technical education, instructional technology, and student career readiness. Prior to joining Wylie ISD, Temesvary served as a CTE teacher and instructional technology coach in Garland ISD, where she taught business and technology courses, supported industry certification programs, and led professional learning initiatives for educators.
Temesvary earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Education Technology and Library Science from Texas A&M University–Commerce.
