Wylie ISD Names Beau Dodson as New Head Golf Coach at Wylie East High School

Wylie ISD is pleased to announce Beau Dodson as the new Head Golf Coach at Wylie East High School. Dodson brings over 15 years of coaching and teaching experience, including diverse leadership roles in golf, football, track, basketball, and tennis.
He most recently served at Princeton High School, where he led the boys and girls golf programs for three years while also coaching quarterbacks for the football team. Prior to that, Dodson held coaching positions at Royse City, Lone Oak, Breckenridge, Farmersville, and Carrollton Creekview high schools.
His experience includes head coaching positions across various sports, along with achievements such as district championships and student-athlete development.
Dodson received his Bachelor of Science in History and Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and holds a certification in Composite Social Studies. During his time at Oklahoma State, he was a three-year starter on the football team.
Wylie ISD welcomes Coach Dodson to the Raider Nation family and looks forward to the upcoming golf season at Wylie East High School.
