Wylie High School Promotes Wallace to Administrator Role

Wylie ISD is pleased to announce that Allyson Wallace has been named Wylie High School's newest administrator. She steps into the role of Dean of Students following former Assistant Principal T.J. Fields’ recent appointment as principal of Davis Intermediate. A dedicated educator, Wallace has been a valued member of the Wylie High School staff since 2022, serving as the Head Director of the Pirate Pacesetters.

Wallace began her teaching career at Clark High School in Plano ISD in 2014, where she taught dance, physical education, and musical theatre while also serving as the Assistant Drill Team Director for eight years. Her impact in the classroom was recognized in 2020 when she was named a Plano ISD Excellence in Teaching finalist, one of only five secondary teachers across the district to receive the honor.

Since joining Wylie High School, Wallace has continued to bring her expertise, passion, and leadership to the campus—not only as the Pacesetters director but also as a choreographer for Wylie Theatre’s musicals. She is known for always stepping up to support students, staff, and the administrative team whenever needed.

Wallace is a Texas State University graduate, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Studies. She and her family proudly call Wylie home.
