Wylie East Promotes Hannah Fitch to Head Athletic Trainer

Wylie ISD is pleased to announce the promotion of Hannah Fitch to Head Athletic Trainer at Wylie East High School. Fitch has served as the assistant athletic trainer at Wylie East since 2022 and brings nearly a decade of experience in athletic training and sports medicine education.
Since joining Wylie East, Fitch has played a key role in supporting student-athletes through injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. She also leads the student athletic training program and teaches Sports Medicine classes, providing a strong foundation for students interested in the field. Prior to her time in Wylie ISD, she served as an assistant athletic trainer at Rockwall High School and Texas High School in Texarkana. She began her career in public education in 2018.
Fitch holds a Master of Science in Health, Kinesiology, and Sport Studies with a concentration in Athletic Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She also earned a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas, where she majored in Applied Exercise Science.
A Wylie resident, Fitch is excited to continue serving the Raiders in this new leadership role.
