Wyatt Selected as Next Principal of Achieve Academy

Wylie ISD is pleased to announce that Janet Wyatt has been selected as the next principal of Achieve Academy. She will assume the role following the retirement of current principal, Dana Roberts, at the end of January.

Wyatt brings more than 30 years of experience in public education and a strong commitment to supporting students and staff. She began her career in 1993 as a teacher and coach at Sam Houston Middle School in Garland ISD. In 2004, she was promoted to Assistant Principal at Naaman Forest High School. She later served as Associate Principal at Frisco High School in Frisco ISD before joining Wylie ISD in 2015 as the Associate Principal at Wylie East High School. In 2019, Wyatt transitioned to Achieve Academy as Assistant Principal.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Education from the University of North Texas.

Wyatt resides in Wylie with her family.
