The Heart of the School – Geizell Costa Molina, Cooper Junior High

Meet Geizell Costa Molina, a dedicated custodian at Cooper Junior High. She has been part of Wylie ISD since 2024, making a difference every day behind the scenes.

When asked what she enjoys most about the job, Geizell said, “The staff is really kind and caring. They always say hello and smile.”

Outside of work, Geizell enjoys spending time with her family and doing fun things with her daughter. 

Geizell was the “first person who came to mind” when CJHS Principal Mary Zucha was asked to tell us a support staff member superstar.

“She takes her job very seriously and goes above and beyond to take care of our campus,” Zucha said. “She works harder than anyone I know and does it with a smile on her face!”

We are grateful for Geizell’s hard work, dedication, and heart for our students. You are the heart of the school!
