This is my fifth year as Chef Instructor in WISD. I started up the program at WEHS 2015-2016, teaching Principles of Hospitality & Tourism, Lifetime Nutrition & Wellness, and Culinary Arts.  I am currently the Chef Instructor at WHS teaching Principles of Hospitality & Tourism, and Practicum of Culinary Arts I & II.  I serve as a sponsor for the 544 Culinary Crew (student culinary club), the Skills USA Culinary and Restaurant Services competitors, Pro-Start competition team, and as co-sponsor of the BBQ team.
