New Hire Process

  • Once HR receives a request to hire from the campus, we will start the hiring process by verifying your application, credentials, and criminal history.  HR will then contact you via email to issue you an official offer letter or contract. 

  • Forms to Print

    1. TRS/Social Security Statement
    2. W4 Form

    Documents to bring with you: Identification cards for the I-9, official college transcripts, and original service records from your previous district(s) if applicable or available. 

    Please Note: We understand that you may not have posessionss of you service records or transcripts at the time of your appointment.  All we ask is that you request those records so that we receive them before your first paycheck.  WISD must receive your service records to pay you based on experience.

    Appointment Reminders:

    • You will sign your contract and job description electronically at this appointment.
    • Dress appropriately as you will be taking a picture for your district ID badge!
    • Please bring two forms of ID, transcripts, and your service records
