  • What is my user name and password for the website?

    By default, your user name and password are the same as your Skyward Family Access user name and password. Please note, if you have changed your password in Family Access after July 1, 2014, it will not sync to the website. The website will still use your old/original password. However, once you log in, you can update your password to match your Skyward password or to anything else you would prefer to use.

  • What do I do if I am having trouble logging into the website?

    First, make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on and that you are typing your password in the correct case.  Your user name is not case sensitive, however your password is. If you are sure you are typing the correct password, and the system will not allow you to log in, you can email the District webmaster at webmaster@wylieisd.net. Your password will be reset and a temporary password will be emailed to you. For security reasons, only the email address on your account will be used to send passwords. Once received, you would then log in and change the temporary password to a password of your choice.

  • What is MyView and how do I use it?

    With MyView, you are able to view and organize information that is important to you in a single workspace. On your Dashboard you add, set up, organize and manage gadgets, which are designed to display specific information. Aggregator gadgets collect and display content from apps located anywhere on the website. Direct Feed gadgets display content that is fed directly to them from another source. Once you are assigned access to MyView and sign in for the first time, you are prompted to choose which sites matter to you. MyView uses this information to filter the sites, areas and apps that are available to you as you add content to your gadgets and calendars to your Planner.
    The first time you sign in, you will land on your MyView Dashboard. At anytime you can modify your My Account Settings. By doing so, you can change the sites that matter to you, change your landing page, specify connected services and select an image (avatar) that will display on your Dashboard.
    From your Dashboard, you may choose to add tabs, add and set up gadgets, sort the gadgets on your dashboard, move gadgets to your Dashboard Favorites area or take a tour of your Dashboard.
