I am a graduate of East Texas Baptist University, majoring in Spanish and minoring in Biology.  While in college, I had the opportunity to study abroad in both Mexico and Costa Rica, learning about language and culture of Spanish-speaking peoples, developing a love for both.  I firmly believe that by learning about others, we learn so much about ourselves in the process which is what we will be doing in class as much as possible!  We will be doing something every day, so it's important that students stay on top of work on a daily basis.  The more you put into the experience, the more you'll get out!
