School Board Candidate Forum
The Wylie ISD Council of PTAs ("Council") would like to invite the Wylie community to attend the 2022 School Board Trustee Candidate Forum on October 19, 2022, from 7-8:30 p.m. Hosted by Council, the event will be moderated by the League of Women Voters of Collin County, and held in McMillan Jr. High cafeteria.At this time, each candidate for Place 1, Place 2, Place 5 and Place 6 will be participating in the forum. Council would like to extend a big thank you to the candidates for their participation and to our amazing Wylie community for submitting over 100 questions that will potentially be drawn during the forum. Questions will be randomly drawn during the event by the moderator and each candidate will have a chance to respond to the same question. Please note that our event is limited to 1.5 hours and a timekeeper will be used to ensure each candidate has equal time to respond to each question. There will be no live questions taken from the audience during the event.Please share with your family, friends and neighbors and don't forget that October 19 is also Unity Day in Wylie ISD, so wear your orange! East Side Trunk or Treat
Celebrate Halloween with the Harrison PTA and the Harrison Student Council at the East Side Trunk or Treat at Wylie East High School, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

Reflection Entries Due
Make sure you turn in your Reflection Entry by November 4. This can be turned into your teacher or the front office. If you need an entry form, you can pick that up in the office.

Wylie Christmas Parade
Come out to downtown Wylie and watch our kids and community in the annual parade!
December 5-9
Holiday Store
Students are able to visit the holiday store during the week at lunch and during their PE class (5th grade on Wednesday and 6th grade on Thursday). You can purchase your child a gift certificate that they can bring to the store instead of cash. Link to purchase this coming soon!
