Hi everyone!! My name is Manuela Cortez and this year I will teaching third-grade on the dual side. This is my fifth year in teaching; I have taught kindergarden and fifth grade previously. 

I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor's degree in Science.

I was born and grew up in Mexico. I moved to Texas twenty-three years ago, which is also how long I have been married.
