Area A Storm Shelter/Gym Building Exterior Masonry ongoing. High Ceiling work overhead MEP and Low Voltage is complete Dry Fall is complete. Clouds on concourse level are nearly complete. Area L Exterior Masonry is complete. Framing Storefront at Entry is complete. Paint complete 1st and 2nd Floors. Tilework is complete. Millwork is ongoing. Area M Interior Masonry is complete. Framing for Drywall and MEP rough is complete. Ceiling grid installed. Paint is complete. Area R and U Steel Erection is complete with Masonry CMU is complete. MEP rough in is ongoing. Sheet Metal Roof Panel installation is complete. Sheet Metal Wall Panel installations are nearly complete. Area D and F Drywall Framing is complete. MEP Overhead and Wall rough in is ongoing.

Area J Exterior Damp Proofing and Masonry are ongoing. High Ceiling Clouds and MEP Trim Out is complete. Scaffolding for High Ceiling is down. Finished Locker Rooms and they are turned over. Installing benches and handrails in the Arena. Installing Audio Visual in Arena. Area D Exterior Damp Proofing is ongoing. Tilework in Corridor is ongoing. Paint is ongoing. Glass install is complete. Area K and L Interior Framing is ongoing. Exterior Frames and Glass Installations are complete. Tilework in corridors is ongoing. MEP rough in ongoing. Sheet rock continues. Area Q Structural Steel is complete. Starting CMU. Area R Demo is complete and renovation has begun. Area H Demo is complete and renovation has started.

Area A Exterior Brickwork is done. Exterior Sidewalks are complete. HVAC start up to happen 2nd week of April. 1st Floor Storefront Door Installation is complete. Tape Bed and Paint is complete. VCT Flooring has started. Ceiling Grid is complete. HVAC Ductwork was complete. Electrical Rough in is complete. Fire Alarm Rough in completed. Area C work is complete working on punch list.

New Addition is complete. Architectural Punch is complete. Building turned over for use to district. Remaining renovations for existing building to begin this summer.

Area A Cafeteria Expansion/Music Room completed and turned over to district. Fire Lane and Sidewalk concrete has been poured. Demo has started in the existing music room. Exterior Masonry is complete. Area E Classrooms is also nearing completion and is to be turned over by 1st of May. Building is climatized. E Classrooms and flooring complete. Will walk Architectural punch mid-April. Area E Storm Shelter Exterior Masonry is complete. All walls are painted. MEP Overhead is complete. Tape Bed and Paint is complete. Wall Tile is complete. Storm roll-up door installation is complete. Flatwork on exterior has been poured. Lockers and Millwork to be installed mid-April..

Area A MEP work above ceilings is complete. Fire Sprinkler Pipe nearly complete. Exterior Waterproofing is complete. Masonry has started on the south side. Last elevation to complete. Exterior storefront glass is complete. All Exterior Gazing complete. Roofing is completed. Interior Masonry around columns is complete. Roof Top Units have been installed. Area B Exterior Masonry is complete. Installation of Storm Door Frames are complete. Installation of Transformers and Electrical Panels are set. Fire Sprinkler Pipe is nearly complete. Drywall Ceilings and Fur downs work is complete.

Waterproofing is ongoing. MEP in crawlspace is complete. Window Frames and Flashing is installed. Erecting Scaffolds for masonry to begin. Started Framing for parapet wall. Roof Curb Installation to begin in early April. Overhead MEP is ongoing. Drywall Framing to begin in early April.

Fire Alarm rough in the existing building is complete. Structural Steel is complete. Crawlspace MEP rough in is complete. Roof Decking to be installed early April. Overhead Roll-up Door Installation has begun. Brick Masonry Mock-Up is complete and approved. Waterproofing to begin mid-April. Overhead MEP to start mid-April. Drywall Framing to begin mid-April. Roof Concrete to be poured mid-April.

Lightweight Concrete on Roof has been poured. Roof Curbs have been installed. Framing Parapet Wall on Roof. Drywall Framing on 1st Floor ongoing. Drywall Framing on 2nd Floor to start mid-April. Main Ductwork on 1st and 2nd Floor complete. Electrical Rough has started on the 1st Floor. Plumbing Rough is nearly complete on 1st Floor. Exterior Wall framing is complete. Exterior Sheeting is nearly complete. Waterproofing should start mid-April.

Roof Deck should be complete by early April. Structural Steel complete. Crawlspace MEP rough in is complete. Fireproofing in Storm Shelter complete. Electrical rough in is ongoing.
