Area A Storm Shelter/Gym Structural Steel is near completion. MEP rough in continuing. About one half of the bleachers have been poured. Phase 1 of the project interior work is completed with punch list work ongoing. Front entry canopy work and landscaping will be ready to walk the punch list this week after the trees are planted.

Area L Steel Erection is near completion.

Area M 1st floor Slab on Metal Deck has been poured vertical steel erection is starting.

Area R Grade Beams near completion in preparation to pour Slab on Grade.

Area E Grade Beams should be poured this week. Slab on Grade for Baseball and the Softball dugouts were poured last week. CMU will start this week on both.

Area J Exterior Metal Stud Walls on north and south walls completed and with sheathing nearly complete MEP rough ins continue in locker rooms, showers and offices. Concrete Bleacher work is ongoing. Area K first floor concrete poured 2nd floor is being prepped and will soon follow. Fire proofing ongoing. Area L Vertical steel and floor steel is ongoing. Area D interior wall framing ongoing. Exterior wall framing and sheathing ongoing. MEP rough ins continue. Area V CMU load bearing walls completed, roofs completed, face brick has started. MEP rough ins ongoing. Area C Tape Bed and paint on interior has started. Exterior Masonry Walls are completed.

All interior renovation work complete and currently working on the punch.

Area C Roof Exterior framing and sheathing is complete. Slab on metal deck has been poured. Interior framing has been completed. MEP rough in is ongoing. Getting ready to cut interior wall into existing kitchen. Trying to turn over Area C to school over the winter break.

Area A walls for tornado shelter are poured. Should be starting the steel erection for the slab on metal deck by 2nd week in October. Grade Beams for the classrooms are near completion and should start steel erection at are about the same time.

Area B Exterior
Parapet wall framing is installed. Sheathing for parapet wall is near completion. Roof curbs are installed. Air barrier installation is ongoing. Starting to install flashing around openings. Laying brick ties and installing brick flashing.

Area B Interior
Fire Proofing is completed and underfloor insulation has started. Installing electrical home runs and roughing in walls. Plumbing rough in completed in restrooms with carriers installed. Mechanical rough in has started and is ongoing. Framing is ongoing with some walls one-sided.

Area A CMU walls are complete. Steel at roof installed. Vertical steel is erected in cafeteria area. Metal decking to follow.

Area E Concrete walls for storm shelter are complete. Erection of floor and vertical steel has begun.

Area E Classrooms steel decking has been completed. Exterior framing has begun. Storm drains are installed. Roof curbs have been set ahead of lightweight concrete pour. Electrical room has been framed and sheet rocked and the pulling of home runs has begun.

Area A erection of the structural steel has begun and will be ongoing for the next couple of weeks. MEP under slab on metal deck is ongoing.

Area B Roof steel is ready for metal decking and should begin on October 12th. Floor decking is down and should pour on October 9th. MEP rough in is ongoing.

Finished sod in track area and in parking at the front entrance.

The summer one interior renovations are complete and currently finishing up the punch items.
