Officer Angie McIntosh

I began my law enforcement career in 2005 with the Wylie Police Department. In the last 15 years, I have had the privilege to serve in many roles within the police department. I have served as a Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer, Crime Prevention and Community Relations Officer, Law Enforcement Victims Advocate Liaison and I served many years on the Crisis Negotiation Team. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. Of all the positions I have held within the police department my favorite role is the School Resource Officer. I love being able to work side by side with WISD students and staff in supporting a wonderful, safe and encouraging learning environment for all.

I am married to a Wylie Police Sergeant and we have 4 adult daughters. I have the honor of becoming a first-time grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter. I enjoy traveling all over the world, my dog Tucker, 4 mini horses and 3 cows. I enjoy my off time with family and friends doing anything outside.
