I was hired by the City of Wylie in 2007 and am now in my 13th year as a law enforcement officer with the Wylie Police Department. I was promoted to the rank of Corporal in 2016. The 2020-2021 school year will be my first year serving as a School Resource Officer. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Texas Tech University. I was also a two-time All-American in Track and Field while in college.

I have been married to my wife Cindy for 19 years, and she is a second-grade teacher at an elementary school in Wylie ISD. We have 4 children: Stephanie, Madyson, Bryson, and Jeremiah. We also have a dog, 2 cats, and 15 chickens. I enjoy spending time at home with my family, taking vacations, and watching sports.
