I'm so excited to now be part of the Groves family this year! Before coming to Wylie ISD I taught in Garland ISD. This is my 11th year of teaching. I taught second grade for 8 years before teaching first grade. Teaching the primary grades is truly where my heart is.

My hobbies include traveling, staying active, and crafting. I am a huge Disney fan and love to visit Disney World every year. I graduated from Texas Woman's University in December of 2009 with my Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
