Wylie East High School Additions & Renovations

Structural foundation work continues at area A with grade beams ands and concrete wall forms. Exterior framing and sheathing are complete at the cafeteria expansion. Concrete slabs are now installed at E & K and exterior framing has started. Plumbing and Electrical prep work is still ongoing at the additions and under the existing buildings. Subgrade prep work is nearing completion for the new CTE Building.
In the coming weeks, work will start at multiple areas around the campus. This includes some of the interior renovations, both remaining
classroom additions and the baseball and softball dugouts. We will also continue to see progress with the concrete walls at area A, exterior work on E & K and utilities around the site.
Wylie High School Additions & Renovations

Structural foundation work continues at the main addition with the placement of grade beams and concrete walls. Underground plumbing and electrical work continue to progress in the main addition. Interior renovation prep work continues inside the main building preparing for upcoming summer work. Grade beams have been installed at the scene shop addition.
Structural foundation work and concrete walls at the main addition will continue through May. Interior renovation work will start on 5/4 along with the baseball & softball dugouts.
Phase 2 Additions & Renovations Bush, Cox, Watkins & Harrison

Our second phase of projects for the 2019 Bond consists of additions and renovations at Bush Elementary, Cox Elementary, Watkins Elementary & Harrison Intermediate. These projects were bid on February 27th and the CMR’s GMP’s have been approved. Work will start at these four locations in the first few weeks of May.
