New Hire Forms
- Complete the new hire packet that was emailed to you!
- Print: Form I-9
- Documents to bring with you:
- Identification cards for the I-9;
- Official college transcripts;
- Original service records from your previous district(s) if applicable or available.
- Optional Survey to Assist with Translation Services: Staff Language Survey
Please Note: You may not have your service records or transcripts at your appointment. We ask that you request those records so that we receive them before your first paycheck. Wylie ISD must receive your service records to pay you based on experience.
Instructional Paraprofessional Certification (All Classroom and Library Aides)Apply/Obtain an Educational Aide Certification (District Code: 043914) Please Note: This certification is not required if you hold a valid Texas Teacher Certification. New hires must apply for the certification before serving in the classroom. (Account Set-Up Directions)
Training/Professional DevelopmentPlease Note: If you complete any of the courses outside of a normal workday, you will need to record your hours through Skyward True Time (Timeclock). Please add a note stating that hours are for training. These hours will need to be submitted for comp time. If you do not have access to the time clock, please keep a record of your time and enter the time as soon as it is available.
