Phase 2 Additions & Renovations Bush, Cox, Watkins & Harrison
-
Our second phase of projects for the 2019 Bond consists of additions and renovations at Bush Elementary, Cox Elementary, Watkins Elementary & Harrison Intermediate. Design work on these projects started in August and presentations for the design took place in September. Feedback from these meetings was incorporated into the documents and we received the 50% construction documents in early October. Additional meetings were held to review the 50% layouts and the design team is currently working towards the 75% set of construction documents that we are expecting in early November. We should have final bid documents by February 2020 and construction is expected to start in the Spring of 2020.
