This is my second year teaching at Draper.  Although my degree is in education, I spent 17 years working for the Boy Scouts of America before beginning my career in teaching.  My original degree is in English, but I love teaching social studies and helping thtese kids see a glimpse of the world beyond what they know. 

My wife and I have lived in Sachse for four years.  I have three sons, one at A&M, one at Burnett JH, and one still in diapers.  I love wood-working, gardening, and pretty much anything outdoors.
