Employee Exit Process

  • Thank you for your service to the students and staff of Wylie ISD and the Wylie Community. Complete the following steps to ensure a smooth exit from the district.
    1. Complete an Exit Survey
    2. Update Your Contact Information: Skyward Employee Access.
    3. Request your records:
      1. Service Records
      2. Professional Development (PD) Portfolio (Eduphoria) (Strive > My Professional Learning > Portfolio > My Portfolio > Print)

    4. Check Stubs: After your last day of employment, any remaining pay stubs will be mailed to you. Questions? Contact Payroll at (972) 429-3030.
    5. Benefits: You may be eligible for coverage continuation on your benefit elections. For more information, click HERE or contact the Benefits Department at (972) 429-3046.
    6. Social Media: If you manage social media platforms for your campus, such as Twitter or Facebook, please email the login information to Doug Bellamy, Web/Multimedia Coordinator.
    7. District Property: Return all district property to your campus/department.

        1. Lost or Broken Charger: $60 replacement fee
        2. Lost or Broken Stylus Pen: $40 replacement fee
