Substitute New Hire Process

  • Once you have applied and been offered a substitute position, 
    complete all steps prior to your appointment with the HR Department.
     

     Online Forms and Training: (Username/password created from the Skyward email)

      Paper Form: PRINT, complete and deliver to HR during orientation.

    1. I-9 Form 
    Documents to bring with you to HR:
    1. Identification cards for your I-9 Form. (See page 3 of the I-9 Form)
    2. If you have any transcripts, you must bring them with you when you come to turn in your paperwork on orientation day. 
      (In order to receive Degreed Sub Pay, we must have a transcript.  Unofficial transcripts will be accepted.)

     

    Professional dress is required for orientation as you will be taking a badge photo!
