Substitute New Hire Process
Once you have applied and been offered a substitute position, complete all steps prior to your appointment with the HR Department.
Online Forms and Training: (You will use the username/password that you create from the Skyward email)
Paper Form: PRINT, complete and deliver to HR during your scheduled orientation. Please come in professional dress as you will be taking your badge picture!Documents to bring with you to HR:
- Identification cards for your I-9 Form. (See page 3 of the I-9 Form)
- If you have any transcripts you must bring them with you when you come to turn in your paperwork on orientation day. In order to receive Degreed Sub Pay we must have a transcript. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted.
