Hi, my name is Najwa Bueche....pronounced "Nejwa Bush". See?! Not as hard to say as you thought huh?! I teach 5th grade Science here at Draper, and absolutely LOVE IT!! I make a promise to my students every year that although we will work hard, they we will learn a LOT, and in the process I will always try to make it FUN! The funny thing is, it's not hard to make Science fun. Science is SO FUN!!! We learn about so many things in the 5th grade from Physical Science to Life Science with a little bit of Earth Science in between. If I had to describe myself, I'd have to say I'm a little bit of EVERYTHING all rolled up into one.....ME. I'm creative so you'll never get bored in here, I'm loud so you'll never have to ask "What did she say?", I have high expectations for my students, and will demand that they give me their best work everytime, but I'm also very understanding and compassionate. My relationships with my students mean the world to me. Once a Bueche kid, ALWAYS a Bueche kid! I love meeting new students and at the end of the year I hate to see them go!
