Welcome to Ms. LaBarbera's First Grade Class!

I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! This is my fifth year at Groves Elementary and I cannot wait for all the awesome things we will learn! I am originally from Allen, Texas but I ventured out of Texas to play college golf at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. Colorado is a beautiful state but I knew my true home is TEXAS! In my spare time, I enjoy playing and watching sports, running, and spending time with my family and friends! I have a puppy named Mae who keeps me active and entertained! 

I love working with children and am so excited to see them grow during this school year!
