I began my Athletic Training career in the year 2000 after graduating from Baylor University and earning my Athletic Training license for the State of Texas.  I worked for 5 years at Shoemaker High School in Killeen, TX. While at Shoemaker HS I earned my Athletic Trainer Certified credential from the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification.  In 2005 I had the opportunity to open a new high school in Cibolo TX as the head Athletic Trainer. While at Steele High School, I earned my Master's degree in sports management from West Virginia University. I was elected to the board of the Alamo Area Athletic Trainers Association and served as president in 2009. In 2010 I became the head Athletic Trainer at Judson High School in Converse, TX.  In 2012 my family and I decided it was time to move north to the DFW metroplex. I worked the next six years at Lovejoy High School as the Assistant Athletic Trainer. I continued my career at Colleyville Heritage High School as the Lead Athletic Trainer in 2018, and joined the Wylie East staff in July of 2019. 

I am proud to be the Head Athletic Trainer at Wylie East High School and a member of Raider Nation!!!

I married my wife Jennifer on May 22, 1999.

My son Jeffrey was born on July 3, 2008.
