This year I am starting my 6th year as a proud George W. Bush Eagle. I love my school community and I am blessed to work alongside such a talented group of educators and staff. I have two sons. Aiden attends Burrnett Jr. High and Caleb attends Harrison Intermediate school. I love to serve my community and help see others succeed in their passions. I enjoy running, spending time in nature, and hanging out with friends and family. I grew up in Abilene, Texas and went there from Kindergarten through High School. 

I received my Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Dallas. I have experience teaching pre-school, kindergarten, first grade and this will be my second year teaching second grade. I believe it’s important to teach the whole child academically, emotionally, and physically in order for them to be well balanced and to reach their highest level of achievement. I love teaching children and believe I have the coolest job on the planet. Children are full of wonder, excitement, and love and it’s a joy to come along side parents to help their child grow and learn new things.
