Assess+ Defined
Assess+ (A+) is a comprehensive electronic assessment tool for educators.  It was created for educators, by educators, and offers features not found in any grade book on the market today.  It is totally web-based, so it's accessible anywhere in the world through the Internet.

Regarding These On-Line Notes

  • Labeled items will be in italics only. Items which may be clicked will be denoted with bold and italic formatting.  Example:  "Click Period 3 in the My Classes list."

Requirements
To use A+, your computer will need the items listed below.  ***Remember, all district computers already have the bulleted items below and do not need any upgrades.

  • Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
    Not sure what version you have?  Open Internet Explorer. Click
    Help/About Internet Explorer and a window will appear displaying what version you have. For the free upgrade, go to Microsoft's website.  After clicking Download, select Open or Run (depending on what version of Windows you have) and it will install automatically.

  • Adobe Reader 4 or higher. 
    Adobe will be necessary for you to view progress reports.  It also allows a person with an Apple computer to view files, as well as a PC (which the district has exclusively).  Version 6 is installed on all district computers. Click here get the latest, free version of Adobe Reader if you need to install it elsewhere.
