| Akin is fortunate enough to have a wonderful science lab. The science lab is a room available to all classes at Akin in which they can come and participate in hands on science activities. Students who visit the lab may see many different kinds of animals as well as rocks, fossils, snake skins, skeleton models, maps, and all types of scientific equipment. The science lab is always in need of supplies to help students participate in these hands-on labs. If you are able to donate any supplies or equipment, please contact Diane Hite.
