Blocked Websites and Blocked Content

In this electronic age that we live in, protection from online predators and inappropriate solicitation is just something else we as educators and parents need to warn our children about. We also need to educate them about safety from some of the dangers they may encounter while they are online.

We as a district try to catch as many websites as we can, but since there are literally hundreds of thousands of websites available, unfortunately, there will be times that one gets through our firewall and past our IT department. We appreciate all parent feedback and will continue to do our best as a district to block inappropriate websites. We really appreciate the parents that take the time at home to monitor their children while they are using the internet. This type of parent intervention will help us to make our schools a safer environment for all students.
