1.  After clicking on the link above - Click on  Participant Log in
2.  Click on the Create Account option toward the top part of the homepage (you will have to allow pop ups for this site to work).
3.  On the  Account Creation  page, complete each of the required fields.  The username and password fields are two fields that you will have to create the first time you use the site.  Your Social Security Number will be your username. Click on Submit.
4.  You will need to log off from the site and log in again with your user name and password that you just created.
5.  You can now keep track of your account balance and your transaction history.
