The 2nd Annual Billy Whitman Memorial Golf Tournament is scheduled for 12:30 p.m., March 29 at The Old Course at Firewheel Golf Course in Garland, Texas. Proceeds from the tournament go to the Billy Whitman Memorial Scholarship Fund. Each year the fund awards a scholarship to one student from Wylie High School and one from McKinney High School.
