$58,000 awarded in foundation grants

On February 28 and 29 the grants posse from the Wylie ISD Education Foundation visited district campuses to award $58,000 in grants to 23 awardees. Grants were awarded across the grade levels and curriculum to deserving teachers and administrators who had written grants requesting monies for a wide array of projects. Five grants were awarded to surprised staff members at Hartman Elementary and three went to Wylie East High School. To see the list of winners, grants and funds awarded, click here.
