Gallagher Construction Services has donated $10,000 to the Wylie ISD Education Foundation and will be a Presenting Sponsor for the 5th Annual Boots ‘n Barbecue Gala scheduled for March 29 at South Fork Ranch. It is the fifth year Gallagher has been a sponsor for the event. The company is also an original founding donor of the foundation having donated more than $40,000 through sponsorships and endowment since 2002.
Family owned and operated, Gallagher Construction is based in Plano, Texas and focuses mainly on schools and municipalities in the North Texas area. Since 1994, Gallagher has managed WISD’s large number of construction projects beginning with Wylie High School which opened in August of 1997.
“It is important to our family to participate in the Wylie ISD Education Foundation because it focuses on kids,” said Gallagher Vice President Von Gallagher. “Just like when we build schools, we know it isn’t only about the kids of today, but it profoundly affects the kids of the future.”
