Extended Day Program Accepting Registrations

Wylie ISD is offering quality extended day programs for students in grades kindergarten through the fourth grade for 2008-2009.  The programs are designed to focus on the academic, enrichment and recreational needs of this age child; they will be located at Akin, Birmingham and Groves Elementary schools. 

The program will follow the WISD calendar, and the hours of operation are from after school until 6:30 p.m. each weekday.  Parents can select a three-day or full five-day program per child.  AlphaBest, Inc. will administer the extended day program which will be taught by certified teachers and  educational assistants.
